whats the bets kind of utensils to use with Stainless steel cookware?
Back on the market asked:
I just bought a Faberware spatula and was making osme nachos and it melted the plastic (its suppose to be 415 degrees), but melted like butter.

So what should I use.
I cook alot using 2 inch greese with my stainless steel pans ( I love them – theyre like mini deep fryers)
But what will withstand the heat without messing up the pan.
I have one person saying, a metal spatula will scratch and damage them and another person saying using metal in stainless steel will create a PATINA??? which they made sound a good thing.
So whos right?
