Jessica A asked: I have a set of Cuisinart hard anodized cookware that is not supposed to go in the dishwasher. My cleaning lady has repeatedly put a few of these pots in the dishwasher, resulting in a chalky film depositing on the outside of the pans.
Is there a way I can get rid of this? Or are the pans ruined?

jerri lynn asked: have just been given several pieces of cast irom cookware. There is caked on grease on several of the pieces. Can i get it off in a self-cleaning oven without wrecking it? I know i would have to start over with the seasoning process.

the diva asked: I love my stainless steel cookware. Nothing sears like it, and it’s the only thing to use for high heat cooking. But my pans are starting to look like pretty bad. I’ve used Brillo pads on them and it’s gotten a lot (but not all) of the burnt black off, but now I have discoloration and white blotches.
I know I can’t restore these pans to looking like new; I just need to know the proper care. How clean exactly should I expect them to get?

Samantha T asked: I know hardly anybody uses cast iron cookware, but it is my prefered choice when cooking. I first got them when I moved into my apartment and my grandma gave me her old cookware. I need to know how to season them. It seems like everything sticks to the cookware! I’ve had it for a while and the constant sticking is getting annoying.
