   Instead of buying a 10 piece set have you thought about buying pans for specific tasks? A really nice pan to fry eggs in. A large pot for spaghetti, corn-on-the cob, etc. You may find that you don’t really need a big set at all. Check out “Cook’s Illustrated” at your library. They have excellent product reviews.
